- Customer pays for a fixed number of hours of support
- Server and Back-up Management
- Hardware breakdown assistance
- Individual site-call report and monthly consolidated incident report
Annual Maintenance Contract:
- Customer pays annual fee
- Features (in addition to features under Emerio Support Pack
- IT Policy Formulation (email attachment size, password complexity, etc.)
- IT Processes Integration (equipment provisioning, access termination, etc.)
- IT Environment Monitoring (network misuse, anti-virus definitions, etc.)
- IT Planning & Reports (infrastructure roadmap, asset inventory report, etc.)
