Harish Nim, Director & CEO
As CEO, Harish founded and has spearheaded Emerio since 1997 from a one-man start up to an organization with over 1,850 employees.
He has been honoured at several forums for his entrepreneurship & he is the recipient of the SICCI Indian Entrepreneur Award 2009 for Large Enterprises, the ASME’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2005 and Singapore Government’s Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004.
Harish is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management and holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Shin Kusano, Director
Shin Kusano is a Vice President of Customer Service, NTT Communications.
He is responsible for service delivery and operations, especially for network services.
He has been with NTT Communications since 1989, and has held several positions of responsibility globally including Manager of NTT France, S.A., Senior Manager of NTT America, Director of Global IP Network, President of Shanghai NTT Telecom Engineering.
He is a Bachelor of Science from Tokyo University of Science, Japan.

Takeshi Kazami, Director
Takeshi Kazami is the President and CEO of NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd., the regional headquarters of NTT Com for Asia Pacific Region.
He started his career with NTT in 1986 and after having worked with them in various positions, including Area Manager – NTT America, he moved on to StarHub Singapore, as Head of its Japanese Sales Sector in 2000. He went on to become the Head of Arcstar, the brand name of NTT Communications’ range of global communication services provided by StarHub.
He moved back to NTT Communication in 2005 and after serving as Director, Corporate Sales, was appointed to his current position in July 2010.
He is a Bachelor of Arts from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Japan. He has also been a visiting scholar at the Asia Pacific Research Center of Stanford University.
Shigeki Hayashi, Director
Shigeki Hayashi is the Vice President of Planning and Carrier Relations in Global Business Division at NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He is responsible for NTT Com’s business planning and operations for all overseas subsidiaries at NTT Com, and was involved in M&A and post-merger integration to realize NTT Com’s global business expansion. He is also responsible for carrier relations to enhance the business between NTT Com and various carriers in other countries.
He started his career with NTT in 1990 and has held several positions of responsibility including Senior Manager of Corporate Management Department at NTT Europe Ltd., Senior Manager of Tax Accounting Division in Accounts and Finance Department at NTT Com, and also has experience as a Tax advisor to make consultation of various tax related issues at Chuo Coopers & Lybrand International Tax Office.
He is Bachelor of Economics from Osaka University, Japan.
Ken Okada, Director
Ken Okada is a Director of Strategic Planning at Corporate Planning of NTT Communications Corporation.
Ken began his career with NTT in 1995, working in various fields ranging from Sales and Marketing to Public Relations. Currently, he is responsible for the corporate governance of over 150 NTT Communications Group affiliate companies worldwide, providing guidance and leadership regarding managerial strategies within the affiliate companies.
He is also involved in numerous strategic projects collaborating with other NTT Group companies, including NTT Holdings.
Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Information from Keio University, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Masaki Motoyoshi, Director
Masaki Motoyoshi is the Vice President of Planning in System Division at NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He is responsible for NTT Com’s system planning and operations for all overseas subsidiaries at NTT Com.
He started his career with NTT in 1994 and has held several positions of responsibility including Director of Corporate Strategy Department at NTT America Inc. and Director of Business Planning Division in Corporate Planning Department at NTT Com.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.
