Key Responsibilities

  • At least 5 years of working experience solely in Technical Recruitment.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including negotiations, presentations & stakeholder managements
  • Strong knowledge in candidate engagement (Talent pool in the current market, surrounding compensation, setting expectation for the company and candidate, networking)
  • Has adequate exposure with Malaysian market.
  • Has experience and exposure in providing consultation to hiring managers on best practice and recruiting strategies for Technical Roles according to the talent pools in the market.
  • Great team player with positive attitude.
