- At least 5 years of working experience solely in Technical Recruitment.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including negotiations, presentations & stakeholder managements
- Strong knowledge in candidate engagement (Talent pool in the current market, surrounding compensation, setting expectation for the company and candidate, networking)
- Has adequate exposure with Malaysian market.
- Has experience and exposure in providing consultation to hiring managers on best practice and recruiting strategies for Technical Roles according to the talent pools in the market.
