- To monitor and maintain the customer’s system and network infrastructure in shift rotation 24 hour, 365 days.
- To act as 1st level helpdesk for customer’s IT engineer and operation management.
- To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
- To assist Service Management Executive regarding operation related matters.
- Advise and suggest improvement for operation related documents.
- Responsible for Ticket Management, escalation and elevation.
- To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Network / Server Support (Japanese + English).
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline with at least 1 year experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of various operating systems and applications; Microsoft Windows; Network and Server Monitoring, Backup, IP-Telephony and etc.
- Possesses network or any IT related certifications.
