Key Responsibilities

Collating all requirements and further coordinating with other functions to fulfill these requirements.
Providing timely responses to RFI/RFP ensuring a high standard of the response
Design of information technology infrastructure solutions to meet client’s business and (or) technical requirements following standard processes and architecture methodologies.
Work closely with the sales team through the entire sales process up until contract sign-off Capturing customer requirements through meetings and producing high level specifications for implementation
Completing RFI/RFPs by liaising with key stakeholders/Technical Architects, proposing solutions/architecture for customers
Preparing proposals and assisting in project pricing
Engage with vendors on a need basis. Degree and scope of engagement with vendors will depend on the project.
Documentation of architecture design to various levels of detail using the prescribed templates and standards.
Preparation of bill of materials for solutions developed.
Good teaming skills to prepare a multi divisional bids.
Understanding of IT infrastructure Services/Outsourcing
Solid background in following technologies —
Design, Build and Implementation skills in Wintel server management, Wintel server virtualization, Wintel and VMware server consolidation, Wintel server hosting , AWS ansd Azure platforms
Have ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various levels
Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Technical Certification in multiple technologies is desirable
ITIL Certification desirable

Minimum Requirements

Create the document structure as per the RFP/proposal requirement and discuss with senior team members Work with the onshore teams to set-up the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses.
Ensure that presentations / proposals look professional and attractive to the end client and are developed within stated timelines
