Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and maintain the customer’s system and network infrastructure in shift rotation 24 hour, 365 days.
  • To act as 1st level helpdesk for customer’s IT engineer and operation management.
  • To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
  • To assist Service Management Executive regarding operation related matters.
  • Advise and suggest improvement for operation related documents.
  • Responsible for Ticket Management, escalation and elevation.
  • To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills

  • Network / Server Support (Japanese + English).
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline with at least 1 year experience.
  • Good communication skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of various operating systems and applications; Microsoft Windows; Network and Server Monitoring, Backup, IP-Telephony and etc.
  • Possesses network or any IT related certifications.
