- Provide technical support to fulfill Service Level Agreement of tickets assigned to the North American Desktop Support Services.
- Perform remote troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, tablets and other remotely accessible devices as allowed by applicable warranties or existing agreements.
- Install, test and upgrade applications
- Perform preventive maintenance on PCs and notebooks. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to content cleanup, upgrading of software, drivers and firmware.
- Assist in general Information Systems (IS) support requirements within expertise.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly status reports to IT Manager for worked tickets.
- Comply with the company policies and procedures.
