Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to fulfill Service Level Agreement of tickets assigned to the North American Desktop Support Services.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, tablets and other remotely accessible devices as allowed by applicable warranties or existing agreements.
  • Install, test and upgrade applications
  • Perform preventive maintenance on PCs and notebooks. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to content cleanup, upgrading of software, drivers and firmware.
  • Assist in general Information Systems (IS) support requirements within expertise.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly status reports to IT Manager for worked tickets.
  • Comply with the company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Good English Communication Skills, PC Troubleshooting
