  • 2+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles a plus
  • Experience recruiting in an agency environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to attract and hire the best candidates
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Experience screening candidates and providing hiring team recommendation on candidates to pursue
  • Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment plans
  • Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities, and relationship building skills
  • Experience supporting remote customers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and Google applications such as Gmail and Drive.
