- Engage Customers to understand the business challenges and propose solutions that address these challenges (Application Development & Application Maintenance)
- Provide the required value adds as a part of the solution with long term vision in mind
- Serving as a pre-sales technical point-of-contact for customers and front facing presales team in Singapore
- Responding to requests for information or proposal (functional and technical sections)
- Partnering with client business and technical teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements
- Conducting detailed product demonstrations & Supporting the sales team as an expert on the technical and integration aspects of the complete solution throughout the sales cycle
- To understand the different products developed by Emerio and be able to demonstrate the products to the prospective customers
- To understand the different requirements in the market to feedback to the product team for relevant decision making
- Leading formal and informal solution architecture discussions
- Ability to independently manage and liaise with the customer to get all required information for developing the solution as per customer’s requirments
- Adhere to internal processes and timelines and work with delivery teams and sales teams to get the proposal delivered to the customer
- Ability to present our application services portfolio to customers and generate interest for the different customer requirements

- Identifying new platform requirements and working with Product vendors to design solutions for those requirements
- Leading or supporting on site POCs as required and work with technical delivery team to build the POC
- Providing input and support to the Demo Team
