Manager – Presales and Solution

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales/Solution Manager will be responsible for managing entire AM(Application management) presales cycle working closely with the Sales team
  • To work closely with sales team to achieve assigned financial target
  • To lead & own the following presales areas when related to AM business both in client facing role and and with internal teams:
    • Solution design and scope description
    • Value proposition for each specific opportunity
    • Effort estimation and costing model
    • Proposal generation
    • Presentations and customer meetings in the AM Sales Cycle
    • Statement Of Work (SOW) creation for AM engagements
    • Risk assessments
    • Transition strategy and plan
    • Pricing
  • Responding RFP/RFI’s within defined turnaround time
  • Should understand/define SoW, SLA’s and Effort Estimates, FTE calculations and propose competitive/wining AM solution design
  • Should have broad understanding on technologies like Microsoft, Java, Oracle, SAP and Middleware etc.
    • Should be SME at least in two or more technologies
  • Must work with Partner
  • Stay up to date on Market, Business and competitive trends in the Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education and Government domains

Additional Responsibilities

AM Presales target of $2m per annum
