Key Responsibilities

  • Align capabilities required by the new digital organization.
  • Design structure and curriculum of the digital academy to meet these requirements.
  • Manages overall operations of the digital academy, including required scheduled trainings, materials required, attendees required, potential external partnerships, etc.
  • Decide on capabilities to be built in-house vs. training that is required from external parties/vendors.
  • Manage facilitators / other team members, external vendors in charge of delivering required training for digital academy.
  • Balance investment required and value derived from the digital academy.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends (especially within banking sector) that need to be addressed by digital academy to ensure organization stays on the forefront of digital innovation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to lead and manage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver academy curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills to advocate for value of digital academy to both senior management and those receiving training

Additional Responsibilities

  • Design structure and curriculum of the digital academy in line with the requirements of the new digital organization.
  • Ensure required resources (both internal and external) are available to deliver the curriculum.
