- Assist in the activities of Delivery Operations that provides operational support to the Service Delivery Organization.
- Provide general support to the Leadership Team.
- Involve in preparations and processes related to business trips, employee transfers, recruitment, and facility matters etc.

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or likewise
- Competent in MS Office and with presentation skills
- Good management, administrative and organizational capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality in situations as required
- Need to be highly proactive & detail oriented
