Prior to joining Globesoft Services, Nikhil held senior leadership positions with top tier Executive Search firms apart from working with renowned banks like Merrill Lynch and DBS Bank.

Manimaran has more than 16 years’ experience in Information Technology Recruitment, both in the permanent and contract space across all business verticals. Manimaran possesses both agency and in-house experience, having worked in organisations such as DBS Bank, Kelly Services, Talent2, Aston Carter, and iKas International.
He has hired for APAC and the United States of America, building an extensive network of global candidates. He combines traditional methods like mining and mapping with using professional networking sites, forums, and chat rooms to find the right candidates.
Manimaran joined Globesoft in January 2015 as Consulting Manager. He heads the Contract IT Professional Services team and is responsible for building the team and growing the professional services business across all verticals.
Manimarn holds a Master in Business Administration (Systems and HR) degree from the University of Madras.
Chris has more than 20 years’ experience primarily in the areas of supply chain, operations management, and procurement. He spent 10 years in account management, regional vendors management, and project management. His entrepreneurial experience includes being a business owner, partner, consultant, operations manager, and business developer across various industries. Chris has been exposed to low head count situations and is resourceful in many aspects of operations.
Chris joined Globesoft Services in 2015 as a Senior Consultant. He heads the permanent recruitment team, specialising in Marketing/Public Relations (Brand, Communications, Digital, etc.) and Corporate Services (Operations and Procurement). Chris contributes to his role via his in-depth knowledge of operations and business development and his strong belief in the value of human interaction.
Chris holds a Master of International Business Administration degree. He has lived in Asia for 24 consecutive years.
Selishia has been in the field of professional recruitment for over 4 years. She is a fast-paced, highly energetic and charismatic entrepreneur with a background as a consistent achiever in industry-wide recruitment efforts. She has recruited for roles ranging from specialists to C-level executives across all business verticals during her work assignments in Malaysia and Singapore.

He has placed hundreds of permanent and contractual resources, some of whom were niche hires at big MNCs. Sumit also has prior experience working as an in-house recruiter for a reputable automotive company where he was instrumental in building a 5-member company to a team of 75 in just 10 months, along with designing the entire organisation structure and framing the HR policies and HR handbook.
