Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point-of-contact for incidents received from users
  • Answer enquiries from users pertaining usage
  • Implement simple break-fix tasks
  • Escalate incidents that are determined to be issues for resolution tosubject matter expert

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office 2013 / 2016, Dynamics CRM, Troubleshooting PC and Mobile Devices (iPhones and iPad)
  • ITIL Certification will be advantageous
