Harish Nim, Director & CEO
As CEO, Harish founded and has spearheaded Emerio since 1997 from a one–man start up to an organization with over 1,850 employees.
He has been honoured at several forums for his entrepreneurship – he is the recipient of the SICCI Indian Entrepreneur Award 2009 for Large Enterprises, the ASME’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2005 and Singapore Government’s Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004.
Harish is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management and holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Honda Toru, Director
Toru Honda is a Vice President of GM1 Engineering and Operations in Managed Service Division at NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He is responsible for service development, delivery, and operations of Global Management One (GM1) service which is a brand of NTT Com IT managed service.
He started his career with NTT in 1991 and has held several positions of responsibility globally including VP of Engineering and Operations at NTT America, Director of IT Design & Management in Innovative Finance System Division at NTT Com, and Manager of Program Management at NTT Com Asia in Hong Kong.
He is a Bachelor of Science and Engineering from Keio University, Japan.
Shigeki Hayashi, Director
Shigeki Hayashi is the Vice President of Planning and Carrier Relations in Global Business Division at NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He is responsible for NTT Com’s business planning and operations for all overseas subsidiaries at NTT Com, and was involved in M&A and post-merger integration to realize NTT Com’s global business expansion. He is also responsible for carrier relations to enhance the business between NTT Com and various carriers in other countries.
He started his career with NTT in 1990 and has held several positions of responsibility including Senior Manager of Corporate Management Department at NTT Europe Ltd., Senior Manager of Tax Accounting Division in Accounts and Finance Department at NTT Com, and also has experience as a Tax advisor to make consultation of various tax related issues at Chuo Coopers & Lybrand International Tax Office.
He is Bachelor of Economics from Osaka University, Japan.
Vishal Bambha, Director & Deputy CEO
Vishal is the Deputy CEO at Emerio Group.
He works closely with the Group CEO in developing long to mid-term strategy and managing the execution of the plans with the CXOs, business heads and country managers within the Emerio Group of companies. He is also responsible for synergising with NTT Group, NTT Com and NTT Affiliates for mutual growth.
Vishal has over twenty-five years of experience, eighteen of which have been with Emerio. In his earlier roles, he has demonstrated expertise in launching and growing business units, enterprise solution sales, strategic account management, program management, and delivery management.
An enthusiastic motivator and an active public speaker, Vishal has represented Emerio in various industry events.
Vishal holds a degree in Computer Engineering.
Masaki Motoyoshi, Director
Masaki Motoyoshi is the Vice President of Planning in System Division at NTT Communications Corporation, Japan.
He is responsible for NTT Com’s system planning and operations for all overseas subsidiaries at NTT Com.
He started his career with NTT in 1994 and has held several positions of responsibility including Director of Corporate Strategy Department at NTT America Inc. and Director of Business Planning Division in Corporate Planning Department at NTT Com.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.
Naoki Wakai, Director
Naoki Wakai serves as President and CEO of NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd., the regional headquarters of NTT Communications Corporation for the Asia Pacific region from 1 July 2017. He joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Company in 1989 and has almost 21 years’ experience in international telecommunications and IT business.
He was involved in the establishment of subsidiaries and branch offices in China, Taiwan, and Korea, and played a major role in the construction of international submarine cable systems.
After serving as Senior Manager of IP Transit Business at NTT Com Asia (Hong Kong) and Director of International Business at Verio (USA), he became Head of Server Hosting Team in 2006 (NTT Com), Head of Carrier Relations in 2008, and VP of Global IP Network in 2009. Prior to becoming the President and CEO of NTT Singapore, he served as Deputy Managing Director and COO of NTT Europe Limited for 5 years.
Kayo Ito (Kayo Fujimoto), Director
Kayo Ito is a Senior Director at the Customer Services Division of NTT Communications.She oversees the design of processes and systems related to the service delivery and operations of NTT’s global network services.
She has been with NTT Communications since 1995, and has held posts globally in the past including Pre-Sales Engineering and Project Management at NTT America in New York and most recently as Director of Global Network Services.
She has also been actively involved in the PMI process to support the expansion of NTT’s global footprint.She has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.
