Recognized as a “Leader” in IAOP 2017 Global Outsourcing 100
Emerio has been recognized as a “Leader” in the 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 service providers list. Emerio has been featured in the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list for eleven years out of the twelve years that IAOP has been compiling the annual list of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. The IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 is recognised in its own right as the pre-eminent international organization in the outsourcing field. Companies selected to be listed by IAOP are ranked on quality following a rigorously judged application process that examines multiple criteria.
Emerio was recognised by Singapore’s CIO community at the CIO HONOUR AWARDS 2016 as the top Application Management Services Provider and Business Process Automation Solutions Provider. The CXO HONOUR (www.cxohonour.com) is an online endorsement platform that is uniquely positioned to capture the preferences and the opinions of the relevant C-level suite about their ICM vendors. Tthe endorsements are viewed as peer recommendations, the community considers it as a very valuable and trusted local source for future buying needs.
Outsourcing Malaysia “ITO Project of the Year”
Emerio’s “Shared Helpdesk Project” was conferred with the “ITO Project of the Year” award for the second consecutive year by Outsourcing Malaysia (OM) at the Smart Sourcing Summit 2015. Emerio’s Shared Helpdesk Services is one of those solutions that has addressed and resolved the IT challenges identified by organizations expanding in Asia. This solution leverages the availability of multi-lingual talent pool in Malaysia and has utilized Emerio’s Cyberjaya facility in Malaysia to deliver 24×7 multi-lingual helpdesk services (in 11 Asian languages) for global organizations. Outsourcing Malaysia is an initiative of the local outsourcing industry and is a chapter of PIKOM, the national information and communications technology (ICT) industry association of Malaysia. It promotes and develops the country as a global hub for high-value outsourcing and establishes collaboration between providers and buyers to ensure that global best practices and competencies are met.
Enterprise 50 Award
Emerio was recognised as one of Singapore’s Top 50 Companies in 2009’s Enterprise 50. The Enterprise 50 Award, established in 1995, recognises and rewards the top 50 privately-owned, local companies in Singapore for their contributions made in Singapore’s economic development. The award is jointly organised by The Business Times in collaboration with KPMG Singapore. This award is supported by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, International Enterprise Singapore and SPRING Singapore.
International Head Quarters (IHQ)
The Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) officially appointed Emerio to International Head Quarters (IHQ) status in Singapore in September 2009. This award is in recognition of Emerio’s long-term commitment to invest in the SEA region. The IHQ status award is of immeasurable value to Emerio, as it confers both recognition of its past achievements and provides a pedestal and stimulus for Emerio’s future growth.
Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation (SiTF)
Emerio was one of 35 Singapore companies chosen to be co-branded with InfoComm Singapore (an initiative by the Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation (SiTF)) and supported by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and IE Singapore. Infocomm Singapore encapsulates the qualities and uniqueness of Singapore’s Infocomm capabilities, products and services. The brand communicates the following characteristics – innovative and progressive, trusted, results-oriented, collaborative and dynamic.
The Black Book of Outsourcing
Emerio was ranked 67th in the ‘Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors’ list (‘The Black Book of Outsourcing’, 2006, The Brown-Wilson Group, Inc.) An independent analysis of 872 Global outsourcing vendors across 63 countries was carried out and Emerio emerged as one of the proud winners on the list published in the Black Book of Outsourcing by the Brown-Wilson Research & Consulting Group.
Singapore Promising Brand
Emerio was recognised as one of Singapore’s promising brands in 2006. The Singapore Promising Brand Award is an annual award conferred to recognize outstanding efforts of Small and Medium- sized Enterprises in Singapore in the promotion of their brands. The award is jointly organised by The Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Lianhe Zaobao. All the nominees have to go through a stringent judging process which includes brand proposal submissions, interviews with the management and further adjudication by a panel of professional judges.
Emerio was one of ‘World’s Top IT Outsourcing Companies – 2007′ according to a report published by Aberdeen Group. The research report, entitled “Squeezing the Full Value from Offshore Application Outsourcing” was compiled by means of a web-based, opt-in survey that the Aberdeen Group marketed along with the help of their parent company, Harte-Hanks. The report looked at what drives organizations to send some of their IT work offshore, the challenges and risks they encounter, and current best practices in managing the outsourcing relationship to yield the highest possible return on investment.
MSC Malaysia Status Company
Emerio obtained MSC Malaysia Status company recognition in 2002. This status is awarded to both local and foreign companies that participate and undertake their ICT activities in Malaysia’s cyber cities. Modelled after Silicon Valley, it gives members the best of first-world knowledge and infrastructure at developing-nation costs.
