As Chief Operating Officer of Emerio, Stephen manages Emerio Malaysia as a profit centre. He also carries the responsibility for the global functions of Delivery & Recruitment through a top team of dedicated professionals.

Stephen has over thirty years of in-depth operational and leadership experience in profit centre management that spans across Planning, HR, Recruitment, Sales, Delivery and Support.

Stephen is a post-graduate form Indian Institute of Management and holds a degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.
