Sorun and Emerio: Strengthening Ties

A delegation of senior executives from Sorun Corporation, Japan met up with the Chief Executive and other senior members from Emerio to explore new areas of collaboration.

Over a period of two days the companies exchanged their experiences in the ‘Managed Services’ domain covering - processes, methodologies, and approach. Various delivery models of the Managed Services offering were also in focus. Sorun delegates were very delighted to learn how Emerio’s customers have benefited from their established processes and methodologies. The two day meeting concluded on a positive note with key strategic initiatives identified to take this collaboration to the next level.

The meeting took place at the Emerio headquarters in Singapore on the 26th and 27th of this month.
   
  Emerio-BOT showcased at Global Shared Services And Offshoring Summit 2008

The Global Shared Services and Offshoring Summit was held at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel here from June 5-6. The summit focused on the upcoming Shared Services and Outsourcing (SSO) trend of virtualization. The 2-day event provided a unique blend of perspectives on the current and future state of the SSO landscape including key drivers and constraints, spending trends, location selection criteria and top of the mind locations for industries.

Emerio showcased its Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) capabilities for IT Services at the event. The staged process of the Emerio BOT offering helps companies evaluate the risks and check feasibility before investing in a full fledged manner.

On day two of the conference Khaw Thean Jin, Vice President, Operations & Delivery, Emerio Malaysia Sdn Bhd discussed the topic ‘DELIGHT In Outsourcing! ’ in which he covered
