Description: Emerio is looking at a very dynamic person with relevant skill sets who would act as a Pre-sales Manager. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive proposals including tender bids, presentations and other customer communications for Software solutions in .Net, Sharepoint and other Microsoft platforms.
  • Transfer knowledge to other participant roles on the deal and/or account team
  • Effectively communicate and articulate the details of client requirements to the delivery teams
  • Establish the validity of a solution and its components with both short and long term implications when proposing business
  • Partner effectively with team to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Build customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities
  • Anticipate, plan and prepare for competitive threats 
  • Gather and assess customer needs, both business and technical

 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with a minimum 5-8 years in IT industry with relevant experience
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical features/advantages/benefits to a range of customers
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a drive to independently maximize knowledge
  • Highly confident and professionally assertive individual who can instill confidence in customers
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

Good command of the English language. Being able to speak other languages will be a distinct advantage.
