Job description and duties:
- Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets outlined.
- Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams and vertical market solutions.
- Experienced in Singapore Market
- Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
- Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts.
- Clearly communicate customer and sales commitments to operational departments on time
- Proactive responding to clients and being result-oriented, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- You will be required to perform the full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and tenders, liaising with Product Units, gathering market intelligence as well as post-sales activities.
- Customer satisfaction is also an important focus in pursuit of business targets.
- Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with successful track record in IT Services Sales.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Capable of performing in a high paced environment.
