Job description and duties:

  • Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets outlined.
  • Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams and vertical market solutions.
  • Experienced in Singapore Market
  • Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
  • Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts.
  • Clearly communicate customer and sales commitments to operational departments on time
  • Proactive responding to clients and being result-oriented, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You will be required to perform the full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and tenders, liaising with Product Units, gathering market intelligence as well as post-sales activities.
  • Customer satisfaction is also an important focus in pursuit of business targets.
  • Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with successful track record in IT Services Sales.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Capable of performing in a high paced environment.
