Annual Maintenance Contract

We offer annual application maintenance to our clients. Our service includes 2nd and 3rd level application support and maintenance. We offer support during office and off office hours depending on the individual client’s needs.

Shared Services

We offer our clients IT resources which will form part of their support team which will help in application support and maintenance. Such services can be offered as an onsite and/or offsite service.

Application Enhancement

We offered our clients enhancement services in the form of service or change requests. During such engagement, clients are able to procure service package which offer a certain man-days for clients to utilize for such purpose over a period of time.
