Post-installation Support and Maintenance

Post-installation, we provide a comprehensive suite of maintenance services, which can be customized to our client’s requirements. Our maintenance packages include:

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Under the AMC, we provide technical support for all computers, peripherals and standard applications at client premises.

The service methodology includes:

    • Scheduled Visits
      • Unlimited unscheduled on- call basis
      • Unlimited online telephonic/e-Mail support
    • Hardware Maintenance Contract  - Break-Fix
      • Same as the AMC with extended coverage on parts
      • Also extendable for out-of-warranty parts
    • Emerio Service Package (ESP)

Complete technical & maintenance support for servers, PC/NBs, peripherals, and other items related to the server & network at the client’s premises, on a time-and-material basis with a ‘Service level agreement and assured ‘response time’. The ESP hours are available to clients for their use as they deem appropriate.
